This website is for past and present employees of Commercial Insurance.NET LLC d/b/a Tivly ("Tivly" or "Defendant") who are/were non-exempt employees of any job title who received bonuses or commissions, or had their compensation reduced for time spent on short breaks, at any time from June 19, 2020 through August 1, 2023.
Plaintiff Allison Crawford has brought this lawsuit on behalf of herself and all other current and former Defendant employees who met either of the above criteria, to seek payment of allegedly unpaid overtime wages (extra pay required by law for weeks when the workers worked more than 40 hours).
